I enjoyed the free transport to the central ferry terminal. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had a riverside view. The staff resolved issues quickly.

The concierge took my luggage early. i explored the city before check-in. the international breakfast was excellent. the terrace looking over the river was lovely. It is walking distance from asiatique, the tourist hub with restaurants, bars, and evening dinner launches.
i asked for a non smoking room. the room next door was smoking and i could smell it. it concerns me the smoke alarm did not go off as my floor was a non smoking area as well.

great riverside experience

I appreciated the river views directly from my room. the lights, ac, and tv could all be controlled from one device. I found this quite useful. luggage storage was available, a definite plus. nearby i found three 7/11 stores and asiatique within a 5-minute walk.
the lobby had an odd smell. it smelled like someone had urinated there, off-putting. i probably would not stay again because of this and i hope management addresses the situation.

The room offered an very nice view of the river, showcasing boats and the asiatique wheel. the staff promptly delivered an iron and ironing board after my request. i enjoyed the hotel's extras, including a welcome drink with juices or hot drinks and snacks like muffins and popcorn.
i noticed a strange smell in the lobby, it resembled urine. this was concerning and detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with treadmills, elliptical trainers, and stationary bikes, this is suitable for various fitness routines. there is also a calm, pretty pool area, it offers nice spots to relax by the water.

i found the refurbished bedroom quite nice with a good bathroom. the bed was huge and comfortable. the a/c worked well. i enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the terrace a lot and the riverside terrace offered reasonably priced meals. the hotel's shuttle boat to the main pier was convenient!!!
the bathroom sink was a bit clogged, a slight inconvenience. coffee at breakfast was warmish. it wasn't perfect but still acceptable.
